Setting up FAQs
- 01The name BodhTri comes from two words: "Bodh" – a Sanskrit word meaning awakening or enlightenment, and "Tri" – representing the triangle of mind, body, and soul. Together, BodhTri symbolizes the journey of awakening and finding balance through the harmony of our mental, physical, and spiritual selves. Bodhtri is a mindful community offering both online and in-person sessions designed to support emotional well-being and connection. Through guided meditations, reflective practices, and community circles, we create a space where you can breathe, reset, and reconnect—with yourself and with others. Why Meditation and Mindful Activities? We decided to start with meditation and mindful activities because we believe true well-being begins with a calm and centered mind. In today’s fast-paced world, creating space for stillness and self-awareness helps us reconnect with ourselves and live more intentionally. Bodhtri is a wellness platform dedicated to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through practices rooted in mindfulness, balance, and inner growth. Our aim is to support individuals on their journey to clarity, peace, and a more meaningful life.

- 05We offer guided sessions for a variety of needs, including relaxation, focus, stress management, sleep, and emotional balance. - 09Yes. Currently, we offer the following in-person services: Group Mindfulness & Meditation Workshops $45 per person, per workshop. These are held at select venues and provide a welcoming space for guided group practice. In-Home Group Sessions $45 per person, with a maximum of 20 participants. These private sessions are ideal for families, friends, or small community groups looking to practice together in a familiar environment. Declutter Your Home Services Pricing for this offering varies based on the size of the space and the level of support needed. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements and receive a quote. We are also in the process of developing additional wellness classes and offerings, which will be introduced in the near future. Please note: All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- 11For in-person classes, all you need is a water bottle and comfortable clothing. We’ll provide any additional materials you may need for the session. Just bring yourself and an open mind. For online workshops, you don’t need any special equipment or apps. A quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer with audio is all you need. Headphones can enhance the experience but are not required.

- 13All purchases made for online or in-person sessions, items purchased whether in events, pop up stalls or online, memberships, and events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
